Help?

Help on spacing paragraphs. — Chapter 1

Hi I'm sort of new...but  I was wondering if there was a way to prevent my paragraphs from coming out all jumbled. Every time I load up a chapter it comes out completey jumbled and I can't fix it.Is there someway that I can avoid this??Thanks! xoxo
