My heart sped faster and faster as I ran. I can feel his footsteps approaching me. I cannot see in the

pitch darkness, yet he could. I have to get out of the forest. I can feel the grass beneath my feel

slowly thinning until I came to a stop on a steep sandy hill. I have to jump down. I closed my eyes

forcing myself to jump. I felt a hand grasp my arm, long fingers pulling me. I went still against his

chest, as his hands winded around my waist. His voice was intoxicating and lethal as he whispered

against my ear.  

"I've told you Bella, you can never escape me." His fingers dug deeper into my waist, I forced my lips

shut, refusing to show pain. I spoke through the pain forcing the words out, “Listen to me Kyle, you

are my half brother, wither you hold your power against me or not. You can’t have me.” His laugh was

sharp and cruel, and impeccably vehement. He traced his finger down my arm, taking hold of my wrist.

He held me pressed against his own body, his slender body slightly moving from side to side. His lips

were on my neck, weakening my body. I was holding onto his hand, unable to think. He spoke again,

his words muffled yet clear of their purpose,” I would have gladly let you go, if not for the fact that you

want me Bella, you need me. Yes, I’ve killed, but I will kill for you Bella, I need you just as you want

me.” I can feel the breeze cooling my skin, in the midst of the forest. I tilted my head against Kyle’s

shoulder, feeling his heartbeat against my back. His dark blue eyes caught the moon light, shining so

bright in the darkness. I can feel his need, see it in his eyes. He held his power over me; he was an

archangel, born of lethal power. I must resist him, must. I breathed in, trying to free myself. He

smirked, his hand twisting around my neck. He smiled, his teeth so sharp, pushing me against a tree. I

felt his hand locking my hands above me, “Bella let this night bond us, and with this kiss I claim you as

my own.”
