"Man...it's been a while since we've all gathered together like this..." Aiono, a short girl with messy, aqua-colored hair said.

"Seriously!" Taina, a girl with long, blackish-purple hair agreed. "What's the occassion?"

Pein, a man with orange hair and covered with piercings, cocked an eyebrow and looked around. Gathered around him were about twenty other people, all S-Ranked criminals robed in Akatsuki cloaks.

"It was Konan's idea." he stated.

"Where is Konan?" Tsuta, a girl with green hair, asked, looking around for her friend.

"Here," Konan, a blue-haired kunoichi said, raising her hand.

"Okay...I just crashed into a pile of presents," Hidan said, walking hurriedly into the room and rubbing the back of his head. "What the fuck is going on?!"

"And why the hell did I just get a giant bill from some bakery?!" Kakuzu demanded.

"Yeah! And why are there balloons everywhere?" Lorri, a girl with choppy brown hair, asked.

"I like the balloons!" Meghan, a girl with blondish-brown hair said, kicking one around as if it were a soccer ball.

"And what's with the streamers un?" Deidara asked.

Then just about everyone started talking at once, wondering what in the world was going on.

"Becuase," Pein said, silencing the room with just a single word. "Becuase Konan...is having a birthday party."

Everyone just stared before reacting. The guys, excluding Sasori, Itachi, and Tobi, sweat-dropped. Sasori and Itachi just gazed emotionlessly at Konan, while Tobi started bouncing around like the hyper ball of energy that he is.

The girls grinned excitedly and started buzzing with excitement.

"Guys," Pein said, silencing everyone again. "We need to move the furniture and organize the den. Girls, you have to help Konan with whatever.

Everyone nodded and got to work.

"So...how old are ya turning?" Ashley, a girl with short black hair with red tips, asked.

"That's none of your business," Konan said. How old she was turning was definitely none of their concern.

"Tch. I bet you're turning, like, forty or something," Taina said with a wave of her hand.

.....

"Kisa-kun! Save me!" Taina yelled, running into the room with Ashley, and Konan hot on their heels.

"What is going on?" Kisame asked as the two girls huddled behind Kisame.

"Well, I asked how old Konan was turning. And then Taina the witless genius here asked if she was turning forty!" Ashley exclaimed.

Deidara and Hidan snorted, and put their hands over their mouths to muffle their laughter.

"Be nice to her guys," Tara, a girl with emerald and blue curly hair, said. "It is her birthday after all..."

Everyone sighed and agreed to be on their best behavior.

Five hours of cake, presents, games, explosions and battles later...

"Okay! Now we're gonna play seven minutes in heaven!" Konan chirped.

Kyomi, a girl with auburn hair, groaned and collapsed on the couch between Deidara and Tobi. "No more games." she pleaded. "Hide and Seek was bad enough..."

"No one asked you to hide behind my venomous, carnivorous plant you know," the white half of Zetsu said.

"Too bad it didn't kill her. She'd be tasty..." the black half said.

Kyomi glared but didn't move; she was too worn out from her battle with the plant.

"Okay boys. Put your rings in the hat." Konan said, flipping an Akatsuki travel hat upside-down and passing it around to each of the guys.

"Okay Arisu!" Konan said. "You go first!"

Arisu blushed "It's your birthday. Why don't you go first?" she asked.

Konan scoffed. "Like I'd kiss any of these guys. Nope. I prefer a certain red-head named Nagato..."

She got a dreamy look in her eye before shaking her head and thrusting the hat in Arisu's face and saying, "Now pick!"
