Chapter 3

After his little run in with some of the rookie 9 and Gai's team last night at the hot springs. Which included Shikamaru, Chouji, Kiba, Neji, and Lee the team that went on the retrival mission and knows the truth of the mission. They talked about the unfair punishment that Naruto had received and the easy punishment Sasuke had gotten upon his return after killing Itachi. He just wanted to get back to his village away. Getting up to take a quick shower he noticed that Jiraiya had left a note on his bed stating that he was to meet him and Tsunade at 1 o'clock so they could come up with the terms to a treaty between the leaf and whirlpool. Looking at the clock he saw that he had a few hours to kill so he hopped into the shower and got cleaned up then got dressed and headed out.

He made his way to his old teams training grounds to see that someone was using them at the moment. They looked like a team of chuunin sparing against a jounin. Leaning against a tree nearby he watched as the jounin was struggling against the three. The jounin was wearing the standard leaf jounin outfit with his forehead protector tied behind his head like a bandana and had on a pair of black shades over his eyes. One of the boys on the team had black hair, and a long scarf around his neck, and his forehead protector on his forehead, and his chuunin vest on. The other boy had brown hair, and had on a round pair of glasses, his forehead protector on his forehead, and his chuunin vest on. The last member of the team was a girl with a light orange tint to her hair, her forehead protector was the same as her teammates, and she also had a chuunin vest on.

Naruto watched as they slowly began to wear down the jounin in the glasses. The chuunin with the scarf noticed that they were being watched and made a shadow clone and then disappeared in the smoke only to appear behind the cloaked figure with a kunai pressed against the mans neck. In a poof of smoke the man disappeared. “Where the hell did he go!?!?” the chuunin in the scarf said while his teammates and sensei came to his side.

“I see you have gotten stronger Konohamaru.” Naruto said to a shocked Konohamaru. As he looked up to see the man standing on the branch above Konohamaru.

Konohamaru's thoughts were “How does this man know my name?” “I see you, Moegi, and Udon have advanced to chuunin rank.” Naruto said not to nobody in particular. “

“Who are you? And how do you know our names?” Konohamaru said while slipping into a fighting stance.

“Is that anyway to speak to an old friend and brother.” said an unhappy Naruto upset by the greeting he was receiving from someone very close to him. “I guess you can't see me behind this cloak of mine.” He said taking the hood off from obscuring his face.

His jaw dropped once he saw the mans face. When he finally found the words he said in a very shocked and unbelieving tone “Br-Brother is that really you?” “Or is this some sort of genjustu or something?”

Naruto hopped down from the branch he was standing on. Looking down at the boy from his new height of 6'1'' looked down into the boys eyes who stood maybe 3-4 inches shorter than himself he said “Its been awhile Konohamaru its good to see that you are well.” “This is the real me.” He said before embracing the boy in a hug.

“Why are you here I thought that you were banished and werent allowed to re-.” Konohamaru said before being cutoff by Naruto.

“Well I came here with Ero-sennin to give Baa-chan some information.” He said pulling away from their hug to look at the approaching Moegi, Udon, and Ebisu.

“So how have you guys been while I was gone?” Naruto said to the whole group.

“I'm sorry but I must ask you to leave immediately this village or else we will be forced to attack you.” Ebisu said looking straight at Naruto.

“Sorry but no can do I have a meeting with Granny Tsunade in an hour. I was just wandering around killing time when I decided to go to my old training grounds. When I got here I was surprised to see the Konohamaru corps are now all chuunin. Well I can see that I am not wanted here so I am gonna head to the meeting a little early. Bye it was good to see you guys again Konohamaru, Moegi, Udon take care I will be leaving after the meeting is over.” He said before disappearing in a flash.

Hokages office;

Naruto appeared in front of the couch in the room. Looking around to see that Tsunade was in her chair looking over the villages active shinobi list and Jiraiya looking out the window. “So are we gonna get to coming up with terms for that treaty.” He said taking a seat on the couch.

“We will get started when Shikamaru gets here.” Tsunade said still signing over documents.

“Why do we have to wait for that lazy ass.” Naruto said.

“Because he is the smartest ninja in this village and with his knowledge we could come up great terms for the treaty. So Uzukage-dono how was you evening last night. I heard you had a run in with some of the rookie 9?” She said still stamping her papers.

“It was kinda annoying I didn't expect to see them at the hot springs. But I didn't like where the conversation had gone. So I left to go straight to my hotel.” said Naruto.

“I see what did you guys talk about?” She said already half expecting his answer.

“About the punishment I received and the punishment Sasuke received.” He said with closed eyes.

“I had a different punishment in mind for him but the council members wanted the last of the Uchiha to take his seat on the council and praise him for making it so that the demon child or rather you would be banished in your failed attempt to return him.” She said looking saddened by his demeanor towards the situation.

“It's okay I kinda thought something like that would happen due to the fact that this village has always given him special treatment since he was a boy. I'm fine with it actually.” He said looking up at the door to see it open and see the pineapple headed ANBU member in civilian clothes. “Hey Shikamaru looks like we can finally get started.” He said getting up to take a seat next to the Hokages desk.

“What are you talking about Naruto I don't even know why I am here. I was just told to show up in the Hokage office for a private meeting.” He said looking at the other three occupants of the room.

“Shikamaru what we are about to discuss is only to be known by the occupants in this room. Do you understand?” Tsunade said getting out a scroll to write on.

“Understood.” said Shikamaru taking the seat next to Naruto.

“Alright lets get started with the terms of this treaty than. Naruto what is it that you believe that your village needs from the alliance with us and Suna and our other allies?” she said looking his way.

“Well we sure could use more trade between our village and we could use some extra resources so we can support the new shinobi and people that are being sent to us from Wave country. Since Wave country doesn't have a ninja village the people there thought that it would be a good idea to combine the whirlpool and wave territory. Plus Old man Tazuna is one of the other council members with Jiraiya and Kenshin Himura.” he said scratching the back of his head.

“Wait so Naruto you started your own ninja village.” Shikamaru said looking utterly surprised.

“Oh yea did we forget to mention that Naruto is the Uzukage of the village hidden in the whirlpool that he founded with Jiraiya. The reason that you are here is to help me figure out terms that would benefit the leaf and whirlpool with the treaty that we are scripting right now.” The busty blonde said writing a few things down.

A few hours later;

All looking slightly tired from their little meeting the four occupants were happy to say that the terms of the treaty were sound and all agreed to them. Though they would have to wait until the two other members of Naruto's council looked over the treaty to make it official. “Looks like we have finally come to terms that we agree upon.” With that said Tsunade signed the scroll and placed the Hokage seal on it. She tossed it at Jiraiya who caught it and slipped it into his pouch.

“Alright well since this is done I wanna leave tomorrow morning at sunrise. So we can get Tazuna and Kenshin to approve of it immediately.” Jiraiya said getting ready to leap out the window to continue his research.

“Wait before you both leave I would like to see how much both of you have improved over the years, Just a friendly sparing match between us three and Kakashi. I'm sure that he wouldn't mind sparing against his old student and his sensei's, sensei. How about it?” She said with a raised eyebrow.

“I don't think that it would be in the interest of your health to fight us Baa-chan.” said a smirking Naruto.

“And why is that?” She said looking straight at him.

Jiraiya then said in a stern tone “Because even if I fought alongside you with Orochimaru and Sarutobi sensei in our prime. Naruto would easily defeat us.” then giving her a glare that sent shivers down her spine and emphasized what he just said.

“If he is that strong then why is he refusing to do a friendly sparing match? Are you two afraid of losing or something?” She said smirking to hide her hesitation.

“No it's just tha-.” Jiraiya said before being cutoff by Tsunade.

“Do you wanna make a bet? I will bet 5 million ryou that Kakashi and I will win the match.” She said.

Not one to pass up a chance to take advantage of Tsunade's luck Jiraiya gladly accepted the offer. “So where will the match be?” the white haired sannin said.

Naruto who also saw this as a golden opportunity to show Tsunade how strong he has become said “Why not training grounds 7 in an hour?”

“Fine by me. Shikamaru find Kakashi and tell him to meet me at the training grounds prepared for battle.” She said to the pineapple headed ANBU.

“Troublesome.” Shikamaru said because today was supposed to be his day off but now he is running errands for the Hokage.

“Good that gives me time to prepare. Baa-chan you better be ready to kill me cuz if you don't come at me to kill you will not stand a chance.” Naruto said before flashing out of view.

Jiraiya who said to take Naruto's warning seriously nodded his head and left the room to prepare. Tsunade sat back down in her chair and turned it around to look out the window wondering what she had just gotten herself into. She just continued to mentally prepare for her upcoming match.

Meanwhile at Kakashi's;

“WHAT?” was Kakashi's reaction to what shikamaru said. “She wants me to spar with her against Naruto and Jiraiya?” he looked shocked beyond words that he would have to fight against a sannin and his old student who he has no idea how powerful he is.

Shikamaru clearing out his ears and regaining his hearing from Kakashi's sudden outburst at the statement said “Yes you are to meet them at training grounds 7 in an hour.” With that Shikamaru left Kakashi to prepare for his fight.

Meanwhile at the training grounds;

Naruto was standing in the middle of a clearing with his scroll on his back and the hilt of a sword poking out of his cloak. The hilt was decorated with three blood red rubies of magnificent beauty. The guard of the sword was in the shape of a fox baring its fangs. The eyes of the fox were also blood red rubies. He looked up at the sky admiring the worry free life of the clouds. Something stirred behind him. Not even looking to see who or what it was he simply said “So Ero-sennin are you finished preparing for our match with baa-chan and Kakashi?” Jiraiya just gave him a nod which gave Naruto his answer.

An hour later;

Tsunade arrived with Kakashi step for step with her. There was a crowd of people following them. The rookie 9, Gai's team, Asuma, Gai, Kurenai, the Konohamaru corps and many other shinobi and non-shinobi alike showed up to see their beloved Hokage spar alongside the son of the White Fang. “So are you two ready to start this or are you gonna give up before we begin?” She said looking at the two figures before them.

“We are ready just give me a sec to put this scroll and my new cloak down I would rather not see it ruined.” Naruto said removing the big scroll that sat horizontally across his back and putting his cloak on a tree stump. Jiraiya also followed suit by removing the Toad contract and placing it next to Naruto's scroll.

“What is that scroll anyway Naruto, I know that Jiraiya's is the toad contract, what is the purpose of yours?” She said removing her green over coat.

“It's my fox contract that I received. If I start a family then I would like them to be able to summon the foxes like me so they may continue my legacy.” He said.

“But didn't you already sign the contract of the toads?” Kakashi said pulling up his forehead protector revealing his famous sharingan.

“Yes but it just so happens that the foxes and the toads are on friendly terms which gives me the ability to summon both the fox and a toad at the same time if need be. But since Jiraiya is still alive and uses the toads I figured it would make it easier if I just stick to the foxes instead, that way if Jiraiya and I try to summon Gamabunta at the same time then Gamabunta will go to Jiraiya leaving me to summon the King of the foxes instead.” Naruto said stretching.

The four then slipped into a fighting stance, and stared at each other waiting for one to make a move. “Remember Tsunade NO holding back or you won't stand a chance.” Jiraiya said. Tsunade replied “The same goes for the two of you.” The crowd was silent leaving only the sound of the wind ruffling the leaves in the trees surrounding the field of battle.

As a stray leaf fell from a tree and was carried by the wind between the four when they suddenly disappeared from view. Those who could follow the fight were astonished by the speed that the four were fighting at. Those who could not keep up with the action would catch occasional glimses when a pair would stop when their kunai made contact then quickly disappeared from view again leaving the sounds of metal clashing to be heard by those watching. With a surpise uppercut to Kakashi's stomach from Jiraiya he flew backwards rolling then flipping back into a fighting stance.

Tsunade who hit the ground causing it to raise up forming a rugged terrain to fight on. Caught Jiraiya of guard as he was preparing a technique to be used on Kakashi. Quickily stopping his concentration he jumped forming handseals again then screamed “Katon: Dai Endan” with that he shot a continous stream of fire at Kakashi. Tsunade who got distracted by Jiraiya's technique forgot all about Naruto. He popped out from underneath her grabbing her ankles and holding her while two more Naruto's appeared and grabbed her arms nuetralizing her attacks. The real Naruto than appeared running full speed at them with a fully charged rasengan in his right hand. Reaching his target Naruto then slammed the ball into Tsunade's stomach screaming “Rasengan” with her arms and legs being held she took the full force of the attack sending her flying and spining into the trees behind her. Jiraiya and Kakashi looking at the damage that the blonde created stopped mid seal when they saw that Tsunade was being blasted into the trees by Naruto's rasengan.

Seeing an opening Kakashi finished his seals wiping the the blood on a kunai that he used to cut Jiraiya on a scroll and yelled “Kuchiyose: Tsuiga No Jutsu” just then Kakashi's ninja hounds bit down on Jiraiya disabling him from making any handseals. Kakashi then flew through another set of hand seals and said “Mizu Bunshin No Jutsu” with that 10 water clones appeared next to Jiraiya. Kakashi then commanded the water clones to disperse leaving a lot of water on the ground. Acting fast he flew some more seals and walked up to Jiraiya with his palm facing him and said “Suirou No Jutsu” with his attacks all done Kakashi now had Jiraiya trapped in a water prison while he watched Tsunade come limping out of the forest towards Naruto.

“That was pretty good baka.” Tsunade said wiping the blood from her lip away. She had already healed the injury to her stomach but she still felt the lingering pain. Standing up straight her hands started to glow green from her Chakra No Mesu. Naruto who had witnessed that same technique when he was trying to convince Tsunade to become Hokage just smirked and slipped into a fighting stance.
