Hey there all, I'm Sapphire, I'm 20 and from England. I'm from Somerset but living in Leeds where I'm at university. I love reading, writing, music and my friends. I've been writing since I was very young and started writing my first novel when I was 12 and it's still going, though needs a lot of editing as my writing really was shocking back then.

I like writing about historical events and myths and legends, such as Robin Hood and King Arthur, and most of my stories contain a lot of angst, and generally, that's what I like to read as well. My favourite books include Harry Potter, His Dark Materials, Lord of the Rings, Pride and Prjudice, Wuthering Heights and one that I read recently, Mariana by Susanna Kearsley.

I found this site via google after getting increasingly angry at fanfiction.net due to all the badfics that are on there, and couldn't really be bothered trawling through them all just to find a couple of good stories.
